- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with the client and hear from them what they are looking for. I am interested in hearing that someone has thought through their needs. As a professional that likes to keep my schedule in order and full, it does not help me when a hear indecisiveness on needs and the scope of work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been doing maintenance and construction type work practically my whole life. I worked for my father in a five and dime from the age of 8 years old. I did most of the assembly and maintenance around the store. I have worked on planes for over 10 years and have a substantial electrical/electronics background.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All types. I have real estate agents that refer me for both home sale issues and new home purchases. I work with multiple commercial office building managers for maintenance as well as investors that need maintenance performed on their assets. I also have many individual property owners that call me from everything to hanging a installation to construction to fence installation.
