- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
material cost is not included. tell me what your wanting to spend and I'll tell the best product for that price. if I get it my mark-up is 10%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
interdiction. gain a understanding of each other. walk the site make it very clear for both parties any and concerns and issues. then it's do the job right and proficiently have them check. make corrections for THE CLIENTS specific needs. wait till they need me next time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
living on a ranch in the middle of nowhere was my start. You had to know how the world is put together to survive. The Army where I was a combat engineer was the next place. The university of Missouri engineering was the next. Then 10+ years in construction management residential and comercial.
