- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will depend on the job. For faster and more accurate quotes try to be detailed and descriptive. Please include photos of the repairs or installation location.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial process is to establish what all of your needs are. We will discuss scheduling and find out what works best for you. I am flexible when it comes to rescheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for 6 years as a regional Property Maintenance Technician for a corporation. I have been doing residential home improvement for over 6 years and have done everything from French doors, Bifold doors, Interior doors, toilets, Bathtubs, tile, Faucets, Vanity's, Light fixtures, Fans, Drywall repair, Baseboards and trim, Attic Sealing and insulation installation. I have taken the OSHA electrical safety training as well as other on the job safety certifications. I learned most of what I know from my Dad. I am also a self educator and constantly looking for improvements in the technology I use and processes involved to improve my efficiency and quality.
