Michael was so easy to work with, punctual, professional, and above all, it's clear he takes pride in his work and is invested in the best outcome for his customers. We just bought a house that had over 60% carpet that we wanted to replace because the previous owners had pets and the smell in the house was so strong. He came out for the measure, advised us of our options without being pushy, and was prompt with getting us a quotes for different options. We had to spread out installation across two days due to the size of the project, needing to tear out the old carpet + pad, the treatment necessary for pet odor, then install...and not only was he flexible with us needing to change our install dates last minute, he came out personally after his team was finished to verify the install and touch up some details even though he didn't need to, which we really appreciated. We're so happy we trusted Big Deal Flooring for our carpet project; if you're looking for an honest, reliable flooring professional with excellent workmanship, look no further!

We had an amazing experience working with Michael and team. We needed carpets replaced throughout our home and scheduled an estimate with Michael. Michael showed up right on time and brought along with him a lot of samples. After shopping around a bit we decided to hire him. On installation day his crew showed up on time. They were very careful moving furniture out of the way and worked hard throughout the day. In the end they placed all the furniture back exactly how it was before they started and they made sure they cleaned up. We are very pleased with our new carpet experience and plan on using Big Deal Flooring again for our future flooring needs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
20+ years ago, my brother-in-law (who had been in flooring all of his life as had his father been) suggested that I give working in the flooring business a try. He set me up with an interview, I got the job and the rest is history. Practically every time I see him I thank him for getting me into this business. I don't know where I would be otherwise.
