I hired Alex early in February of 2024 because the company I was using couldn't fix my problem (I have many) because his tech was not available that week. (Not a plus in my book.) Anyway, I contacted Alex who is the owner of Bluemarble pools and he came out the next day and resolved the issue. So, I asked him if he could replace my broken spa heater and he said sure. The very next week we had a spa that not only worked but it had heat. Been waiting to do that for 3 years. I was initially told it would cost $10K. Well, it didn't cost anywhere near that price. Finally, Alex suggested that I put the Pentair app on my cell phone and my husband's as well. Gosh, I just got used to working with the Rainbird app which is great. As you can tell I'm not an app person (too old - LOL)! Alex setup my cell and hubby's too with the app and we are a cookin' and a rollin.' We wouldn't trade him for anything.

We have owned a pool now for 8 years and have had different people clean our pool and Alex is by far the absolute BEST!! Our pool was in awful shape and Alex has been the only one to be able to correct it and did so in a very timely manner. If we ever move out of our area, I would pay extra just to be able to continue to have Alex service our pool…he’s the best out there!
