I can’t say enough about the response time and the professionalism of this company. From the owner to the pool tech, everyone was simply amazing! I had an emergency service that needed to be done between 6 and 8 AM on Tuesday, and only contacted them after 7 PM on Monday. The owner stayed in contact with me until almost 11 PM on Monday night to confirm a 630am cleaning on Tuesday morning. The house is up for sale and the photographer was there to take pictures at 8 AM on Tuesday morning. They understood the importance of having the pool sparkling clean! The pool tech worked on my pool for over an hour to make sure everything was absolutely perfect! Everyone was just simply amazing. I am going to recommend that the new owners of the home allow this company to continue to clean the pool. I have since fired the other company and have hired Atech to take care of my pool.

I reached out to Atech Pool Service to help me with a leak repair. Nathan, who is one of the partners, was extremely knowledgeable and even came on the same day that I reached out to help diagnose my issue. Almost immediately he was able to figure out my leak wasn’t coming from my cleaning unit and helped schedule a leak detection test. Throughout the process they were very easy to work with and had great communication especially when there was an issue with one of the vendors that had which didn’t cover what we had agreed upon. Working with Nathan, he assured me that they would deliver what we agreed upon and went above and beyond to cover the additional fees since it wasn’t stated upfront that an additional service would be required. I will definitely be coming back to Nathan and Atech Pool Service for all things related to my pool.
