He’s always punctual and does a great job, but what we’ve appreciated most is how helpful he’s been whenever something comes up. We had some issues with our pool equipment, including needing to replace the pump, and Robson took the time to figure out what was going on, explain our options, and get everything taken care of.
His pricing has always felt fair, and we definitely feel like we’re getting great value for the service he provides. It’s also nice knowing that if something isn’t right with the pool, we have someone we can call who knows what he’s doing and will take care of us.
We’re genuinely very happy we found Robson and Pool Star Service. He’s made taking care of our pool one less thing we have to worry about, and I’d gladly recommend him to friends, family, or anyone looking for a reliable pool service.
