- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we do offer competitive pricing I do enjoy giving discounts if it’s reasonable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always meet with the customer in person. If not, I try to give the best quote over the phone like pictures but my number one way is to meet in person to give the most accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i’ve been doing landscaping at home since I was 15 for mowing the lawn to doing small projects once I got a little older I started doing a little bit bigger projects like sod, tree trimming, stone.
