I was experiencing back pain for past few months. I approached Kalpana to learn basic yoga and opted for remote learning. She listened very carefully to my problems and provides guidance based on my level. I have no prior experience in yoga and Kalpana taught very clearly in a way a beginner could understand and follow. After every class, she used to send the document with the details of the steps discussed and it was very handy to refer and clarify the doubts. The class was more customized for my needs and it was very beneficial to me. Very approachable and caring teacher. Prior to the class, I had very bad experience with back pain. After following the yoga for past few months, I have experienced a lot of benefits especially my back pain has almost gone. Practicing yoga has brought a lot of benefits and changes to my routine. I am so thankful to Kalpana for taking care and teaching yoga to me Apart from basic yoga stretching, sun salutation, she also taught me basic breathing techniques. Breathing related postures have brought a lot of benefits in my health including reducing the occurrences of migraine headache. Thanks to Kalpana for introducing yoga to me with care!! -Jaya

Hey guys, I am a 10 year old kid, and I recently started doing Yoga. The teacher is very kind and she gave me a lot of attention and guidance. I learned a lot of poses (ex. Warrior 1 and Warrior 2 etc.) and I also learned some inversions (ex. shoulder stand) and balance poses (ex. Tree). We also started with a chat about various topics (ex. Anger, Happiness). We also discussed how to meditate. And all this in remote classes! Man!, I am impressed!!!! I really liked it and I would give a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ review for my classes. -Shrenik
