- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some of my competitors may be cheaper, but the services delivered do not compare. So what is it that sets me apart? Attention to detail! Between the military, nursing, and health-safety-environmental professions held over the last 19 years, attention to detail is the foundation of my work. This principle applies to equipment used in your home as well: -My equipment is Certified by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation -After each use it is disinfected with ozone generation to go beyond the surface into every aspect of the equipment prior to being used in your space.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If possible, I prefer providing a walk through estimate with the client. This establishes clear expectations in addition to providing an accurate estimate. -Establish date for services to be rendered and complete the scheduled cleaning. When unable to perform a walk through estimate I’ll gather as much information as possible (phone calls work best for this). - I’ll need an idea of the square footage in addition to the current status of the spaces needing serviced. -Established goals, a timeline, schedule the appointment, and perform cleaning services!
