- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Must call for pricing, we have a few different options. Flex housing and cleaning for a reason. We can also work off of a list as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to do a walk through the home to make sure we are pricing properly. We also want to make sure that if there are any irraplacable items we are careful or just avoid all together.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Cleaning certificates and training programs. All cleaner must pass two background checks and pass a cleaning program.
