- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing I like to do is come see the project or the property. I like to get a solid understanding of what you want out of this project. Any bad experiences you’ve had in the past. And then we start planning the project and set a date to complete. If the project is big, you will need to expect multiple subcontractors coming out to see the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors of science in psychology from the university of Texas at Tyler. This helps to understand my customers, and their needs, however, not directly tied to the industry I have trained under multiple big names in Tyler as far as roofing and contracting and have multiple alliances with other companies to help me succeed and do best by my customers. It takes a tribe.!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My dad wanted me to find a normal job. Ha!
