Good Shepherd Plumbing uses time-and-material pricing because we believe it’s the most honest and cost-effective option for our customers. This ensures you’re only paying for the time and materials required to complete the job. For larger or more involved projects, we can provide estimates or formal quotes based on your specific needs. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work hard to earn the trust of every new customer and build strong relationships that allow us to serve you better. We understand that inviting someone into your home is a privilege, and we never take that lightly. You have choices, and we strive every day to earn your business and be the plumber you call first.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed my training through the United Association (UA) Local 529 JATC apprenticeship, which included five years of extensive classroom education and hands-on experience. This rigorous training led to my Journeyman license and later my Master license.
