- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in upfront, transparent pricing. Every project is different, so we don’t use one-size-fits-all pricing; we provide a detailed estimate based on your exact kitchen or bathroom, your material selections, and the scope of work. Our quotes include labor, materials, and installation so you know what to expect before we start. If anything changes along the way, we communicate it clearly before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and straightforward: First, we schedule a consultation to look at your cabinets or remodel project and talk through what you want to change. From there, we’ll go over options for door styles, colors, hardware, and any additional upgrades you’re considering. Once we finalize the plan, we provide a clear estimate and timeline. After approval, we order materials and schedule the installation. We keep communication consistent throughout the project and make sure everything is cleaned up at the end of each workday.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of hands-on experience in cabinet refacing and residential remodeling, including kitchens and bathrooms. Our training comes from real jobsite experience - understanding how cabinets are built, how to install properly, and how to make finished work look clean, level, and professional. We take pride in doing things the right way, not the fast way.
