Chris was a late, once arrived he did not have supplies with him even though I gave him specific material list a day prior. After he arrived he left, to get supplies, bought things that were not on material list, he fixed it within 25 min (cameras are on the property) out 4 handyman tasks inside, he only completed 3. He billed me for 1.5 hr work plus supplies (I didn’t approve). I paid for it, but wouldn’t hire him in the future to fix things inside my Airbnb.
