The parts they did clean were great. I was quoted for a 3/2 home and they only cleaned the downstairs and not all of it. When asked about it they said that they didn’t realize the house size. Instead of letting me know that they just cleaned the living room, master, and kitchen for the original price quoted for the whole house. The work was good, though. Communication, not so much. They also did not try to fix the situation.
