I have great luck with this company. We told them what we wanted and needed in a new home and after looking at many houses in the area we chose, we were able to buy a lot and build the perfect place for us. Patrick did all the paper work.dealt with the builder, and helped us with all our questions. Then when our new home was ready, he got our house ready and sold in a matter of a couple of days!!! We were certainly blessed to have gone with this company.

I have worked with J R Grace for some time and appreciate their concern for both the tenants and property owners. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to manage their properties or to anyone looking to lease property.

My husband and I were having a difficult time finding a good place to rent and great people to rent from until we came across some of the houses owned by JR Grace. Our realtor had us come in and that is where they had all the houses listed so we could find the right house for our family. We are happy we chose JR Grace to rent from, they are very polite, and very quick to respond to your needs. I recommend them 100% .
