I had a great experience with this moving company! I needed a last-minute, same-day move, and they were able to fit me in. They wrapped everything carefully, transported everything safely to storage, and packed everything neatly and securely. Both movers were responsive, professional, friendly, and easygoing. I was so overwhelmed with last minute things to pack up. In my final days of moving out of my apartment I was exhausted. I couldn’t pack or load anymore. At this point I decided to use thumbtack and find a company to help me. Within minutes I was contacted and asked when did I need help. I asked if they could help me the day, ASAP. We discussed the few items I needed packed and that I needed them loaded and unloaded into my new apartment. With no hesitation he asked for my address, gave me a great quote and they were on their way. I felt so relieved! The movers Deante and the other nice young man were amazing! Our pricing depends on the inventory, distance, crew requirements, access, and level of service. Labor-only jobs may be quoted hourly or at a fixed amount, while long-distance moves receive a written quote defining what is included. Any discount, deposit, payment schedule, or applicable additional charge is outlined for your specific job. Packing and car transport are included only when listed in the agreement.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin by reviewing your moving dates, pickup and delivery ZIP codes, inventory, access conditions, and the services you need. Photos or videos help us understand the job and prepare a written quote with the scope and payment schedule. Once confirmed, we coordinate the crew and equipment, document existing conditions, protect and secure your belongings, and complete a final walkthrough at delivery.
