I feel saddened to have to leave this review, as I did start off to have a positive and very helpful relationship with Adam and his accounting services but I am not able to say so at this time. I was referred by someone I trust and was hopeful of a good business relationship.I have over the last 5 months had difficulty with communication and even after sharing concerns and constantly reminding of the same inquiries or questions that were urgent, they went unresolved month to month. I felt like there was no follow-through with promises. I was understanding as things do get busy but even after asking Adam for solutions moving forward, as I acknowledged our work/business models might differ in terms of what I need as a client, asked what he suggested and if there was a need for revision of contract (as I hoped to continue on as a client) I was reassured everything was okay and would be receiving a response that same day to all my inquires. It took Adam 7 days to respond to my time sensitive questions from the past months with a brief bullet point email. I have not been able to get a hold of Adam ever since as he forgot to add an attachment to said email.I have communicated my decision to no longer be a client and still have not even had the courtesy of an exit interview or any response for that matter! I am feeling neglected and very disappointed as I just want to move forward and don't have full access to my bookkeeping software. I am not sure what might be going on I do wish the best to the company but I cant work this disorganized and hate to feel this distrust.I would appreciate SOME type of communication Adam so I can move on. Thank you

I will admit, tax season is not the most exciting time for me, but it is great when you find an income tax professional that makes the process easy and comfortable for you. Neway Financial has the best customer service, quickest turnaround, and they are very knowledgeable about the latest tax laws and adjustments. Yes, you can always file your taxes yourself, but its much easier having a team of professionals do the work for you. Ill be a customer for a long time to come.
