Justin did some work for us and was very prompt and courteous. We asked for a bid to do another project and we agreed on a price. He told us 3 times he would call to schedule the installation but would not call so as to schedule. If he did not want to do after bidding a courtesy call would have been appreciated.

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

There is a 3 hours minimum for hourly work to assist with fuel charges and travel time. Good news is, I'm yours for at least 3 hours so stack up the projects!!!!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I want to have a good understanding of the services you will be needing, supplies you have vs. what may still be needed. We will discuss your expectations, estimated time frame to complete and any additional questions or concerns you may have.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been in some form of the construction industry for many years and have worked with several mentors that have shared their knowledge with me. Also, being a homeowner myself, I have had plenty of hands-on projects within my own home.
