Introduction: I started my plumbing career in 2005 as a high school summer job and have not stopped plumbing since. From small residential to big commercial jobs, I have done it all. I have had success with every plumbing or gas issue that I have encountered. I have the available equipment to clear the main line, kitchen drains and any other type of drain that is clogged. I utilize inspection cameras and locators to investigate, repair/replace and prevent future back ups. My goal for every job is to do it right the first time, satisfy the customer and hopefully get a positive review or referral. These three attributes kept me in business still to this day. I look forward to working with you!

I submitted a request for plumbing work for an urgent need at our rental property and within minutes Rick had answered, given me a call and an hour later was at the property working on a fix. And this was on a Sunday! He was really great to work with and gave me a very fair price on a weekend when we were in a bind. I would use him again many times!!

The ABSOLUTE BEST experience I've ever had from any service related company to date! Upon calling I received a refreshing greeting from a clear and decent sounding gentleman whom I felt paid attention to my description of my issue very well (in comparison to ANY call Ive placed to any type of business in the past). After conversing a few minutes, he stated that himself or another technician could then come assess the issue in person at no cost or—even a feeling of—obligation. I called at 3:30pm, when he told me someone could come that evening if necessary, I mumbled that I'd be home around 5/5:30 and was pleasantly surprised when he swiftly replied that he'd have someone there between 5:30 & 6. The technician (not sure if it was the same gentleman or not) who arrived, did so right at 5:45. He was very professional and surprisingly clean, especially for someone in the Plumbing industry! He was able to assess and provide a general diagnosis of the issue fairly quickly. The quote he then gave me was just as pleasantly surprising as the rest of my experience. He was also very informative of all that was necessary to complete the repair and also of any instances that might require additional cost. I could continue to rant and rave about each detail, and if I wasn't worried about running out of allotted space or "characters" than I would! So, to sum it up: he completed the repair and was on his way out the door in under an hour, BUT wound up being able to repair certain parts instead of replacing them, in order to "save me money" (his words!) and so he attempted to HAND ME BACK MONEY on his way out, as he explained how his company's unique warranties worked in my/the customer's favor, should there be issues within the same area in the future—ANY time–ever in the future! Needless to say—I was so blown away at the quality of his work, character/ honesty/ humanity and the overall customer service from AAA DRAIN & SEWER as a whole—that I refused the money he attempted to return to me. This is an outstanding company by all measures and I'll remain their advocate for life!
