FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Frontline HVAC Services, we believe in honest, upfront pricing and exceptional service without surprises! Our standard service call and diagnostic fee is just $85. We always explain our findings and provide repair options before beginning any work. We proudly offer discounts for military members, veterans, first responders, teachers, and healthcare workers as our way of saying thank you for serving our communities! We also offer seasonal specials, affordable maintenance plans, and financing options for qualified customers on larger repairs and system replacements. We never pressure customers into unnecessary repairs or replacements. Our goal is to provide dependable service, fair pricing, and solutions that fit your needs and budget. Honor. Service. Comfort.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple and stress-free! First, we listen. Whether your AC isn’t cooling, your heater stopped working, or you’re considering a new system, we want to understand what’s going on. Next, we’ll schedule a convenient appointment with one of our experienced technicians. They’ll evaluate your system, explain what they find, and walk you through the available options. Before any work begins, we’ll discuss the recommended repairs or replacement options and the associated costs. No surprises and no unnecessary pressure. Once the work is approved, our team gets to work and makes sure everything is operating properly. Our goal isn’t just to earn your business today. It’s to become the HVAC company you feel comfortable calling for years to come.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have more than 25 years of hands-on experience in the heating and air conditioning industry, dating back to 1999. I’m a licensed HVAC professional with experience in residential and commercial heating and cooling, system diagnostics, installation, equipment replacement, and HVAC business operations. Our team brings together experienced service technicians and installers who understand the importance of doing the job correctly, safely, and professionally. HVAC technology continues to evolve, and we believe ongoing training and staying current with industry standards are essential to providing great service. Experience matters, but so does treating every customer with respect.
