Joe & Mike repaired a hole in our ceiling where another repair man had stepped through it (I wish I had been using them, then I wouldn't have had a hole in my ceiling!) and some places where the sheetrock was cracked. We have painted acoustic on the ceilings and I was just sick over this because I knew it would never look right. These guys are miracle workers. Our ceiling looks great! I don't think anyone that came in looking for the repaired area would be able to find it. My husband use to do remodeling and is quite picky. They pleased him and that's saying a lot. Their prices are reasonable and they are very efficcient. Also, I was very comfortable having them in my home; I haven't been able to say that about very many repair people. When they left everything was fixed excellently and our house was left nice and clean. They even repaired my front door when they discovered it wouldn't stay closed at no additional cost. I will be using them again!

My husband and I had a variety of "to do's" for Joe and Mike. We had a couple of doors that when the wind blew the doors would rattle. Joe and Mike fixed the problem in short order. We also have a guest house that needed some faux beams installed. The ceiling was high, roughly 18 feet high, but Joe and Mike did such a great job that it made the room look so cozy and upscale. We also installed a new light at our entrance, and they selected a great light that lights up the entire entrance. What is great about Mike and Joe is that they are so dependable and so gifted at doing these repairs and upgrades. We had a previous handy person who didn't show up and did a sloppy job. So when we hired Mike and Joe were thrilled at the quality of work and the fair pricing. I would highly recommend Two Old Handymen and in fact I will wait for Joe and Mike to be free to do our next job. They are outstanding.

Love, love, love Joe and Mike!!! They are so awesome at just about anything, and if something seems beyond fixable, they come up with something awesome and amazing. You can even trust them with your keys as we did and took a week vacation. Mike even took care of my boxer! They did so much to this old house, literally too much to put here. But they gutted the old master bath and made a gorgeous bigger new one. They stole room from the existing closet, were able to grab enough room from a large bedroom next to ours in order to make a walk in closet. They textured, painted, put in doggy door, made a door from a closet so I could come into my home from the garage (of which they put an opener on for me), and the list goes on. And they do everything as if it's for themselves. They truly love what they do and care.

After getting several bids Joe Dean's was the lowest. I know it's not wise to accept the lowest but in this case it proved the exception to the rule. They arrived on time, were very professional and got the job done quickly and efficiently. I will hire them again.
