Kevin is very knowledgeable when it comes to framing.and residential construction. He signed on to help me get the roof of my new garage completed and did a great job. He saw my vision and made it happen. I am very pleased with how it turned out!

For anyone who is TL:DR, stop wasting your time looking for help and just hire Kevin. He's EXCELLENT. When Kevin first visited to provide an estimate, he took his time to look around, listen to what was being asked, he was thoughtful about the project, and he asked good questions to explore details and make sure he understood. He was never rushed or hurried, and I never felt like he wasn't interested or had better things to do. He was very thoughtful and considered my project carefully. His quote summarised exactly what I was hoping to accomplish, and his quote didn't assume that I was single-handedly going to personally finance his entire retirement in Aruba. When it came to the work, Kevin goes at it like a Trojan. He is a one-man force to be reckoned with, and accomplished my entire project to perfection. There were even one or two small items I had forgotten to mention when walking him through the project earlier, and he incorporated those small items with no problem. He even came back to repair a sprinkler line that had been punctured, just because he thought it was the right thing to do. You just don't get his level of thoughtfulness and consideration anymore. In the end, my project was brought to life exactly as I had it in my head, and the work was OUTSTANDING. It's everything I wanted it to be. Kevin is AMAZING and can probably do whatever you're hoping to have done. We had landscaping and hardscaping done, but hope to have him come back for a stone walkway, and later for a backyard deck. I cannot rave about this guy enough. Stop wasting your time looking all over town trying to find help only to be frustrated. Kevin is the guy you're looking for.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I contact the customer to briefly discuss their needs. If it is straightforward, we can discuss price and I get it done. If it entails planning and prep I will meet at project location for inquiry and price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am International Residential Code and International Building Code certified. Also Osha 10 safety certificate holder. Forklift and manlift safety certificate holder. Extensive in field and hands on experience. Comprehensive thinking and problem solving skills.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing concrete in 2003. I then went to framing, siding, decks and outdoor structures. In the process I also gained experience in grading, leveling, post hole digging, trenching and many property improvement and building skills.
