Abraham arrived on time and was very professional. It's obvious he is knowledgeable in what he does. He installed a microwave oven combo in my kitchen. He comes prepared with his tools and a helper. His helper was so kind and helped clean the trash and dispose of it.

Services were thorough and they disassembled our recliner sofa and hauled it away without any problems or issues.

Mr Moreno communicate very well. In spite of some hiccups, he never gave up and completed the job without fail. Mr. Moreno did a good job on with our plumbing issues.

The work they performed was on an old saltillo tile floor.They revived the tile!!! I didn't think it could be done but they know exactly what there doing!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always within your budget and fair. pricing involve time or how extensive the job will be. I'm flexible we can discuss pricing and maybe payments.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple, we schedule for a estimate. After the estimate is provided and customer agreed we proceed with the scheduling to get the job done. On small jobs a simple invoice will do, on bigger projects we sign an agreement so both parties feel at ease that work will get done and only what we agreed upon.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'M licensed by the state of Texas, I have acquired training and continuous training on new technology and products that will make a difference on many areas on construction, security products, wiring technique's, and home innovations, we have to be up to date so we can provide the best for each and every customer.
