Mr. Choina exceeded my expectations at a very affordable rate. He went above and beyond fixing my water well issues. Even went out of his way to hook up a portable water system until he could get the issue taken care of. As I work out of town and my wife was there alone. Probably 1/3 of the price of others in the same field.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is set for 1 person but will often send a second person at no extra cost unless it's a multi person task that is pre discussed. When I give a ball park bid, I stick to the pricing of labor. Example. project can take as low as 3 hrs or as high as 5 hrs. if the project actually took 6 hrs, we just charge labor for 5 hours
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Will gather information as , type of project ,time frame needed completed. If I am not able to get to it in the time frame I will not fill them with false promises.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Previous employments Have worked for all types of service companies from Building companies- Water Well Companies. Still haven't found services that start with an A or Z
