We understand sometimes it's frustrating dealing with a broken PC or intermittent but reoccurring problem and we are here to troubleshoot, repair and guarantee the parts and/or service that go into your computer repair. Customers that pick LapTek are very happy customers that refer people is why we do laptop/PC repair. After working on multiple platforms, desktop, laptop and tablet PC's for 15+ years. On time and on budget: Josh Tuttle at LapTek is your man for computer repair. He obviously has years of repair experience and familiarity with computers. He diagnosed my problem based on my email description and did not send a boiler plate reply but showed that he had researched the issue and was confident that an onsite repair was highly probable and he was correct. Furthermore he was timely in in his responses to my email and f/u phone call, he was available and arrived promptly as scheduled and completed the repairs within his estimated time frame. This is the mark of a true professional, and his demonstrated repair skills establish him as a knowledgeable subject matter expert. I had considered attempting repairs myself and so had researched the situation before hand and he clearly knew this situation cold.

Pricing varys minimum on-site work is $50 to $85 depending on location. Part(s) pricing varies. We typically have flat rate pricing on all services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Explaining estimates are typically vary accurate but can change after seeing a problem and diagnostics on a PC are complete. If ever someone chooses not to repair a PC the minimum consulting/diagnostic fee is $50.00 we may waive diagnostics fee for computers brought to us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from 15+ years on the job training and education is more professional certificates from industry leaders like Cisco, Microsoft and CompTia.
