- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We like to simplify things, if your within 30 miles of our Wylie labor price is 60 for the first two hours and 65 for any additional hours after that. Outside of 25 miles we charge 125 per hour just because we have someone in that area that we have contracted to do the job. We also provide a 75 flat rate price to recover data per Hard Drive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, Patrick and Kenneth are currently enrolled in college to major in Software Development and Software Engineering.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Technology is constantly evolving and it is exciting to support all of the new software and hardware being developed around the world. We are always excited to see what is coming next.
