- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first half of the fee is due at contract signing time. The second half is due the day of the presentation. If the speaker cancels, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel before the speaking engagement, the contract deposit remains with the speaker. Canceling the day of means the speaker will be paid in full.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here is how the process works: 1. We talk. Share with me the company or organization's goal or message that you desire to be conveyed. I will take it from there. 2. Once we both feel like this is a good fit, we agree on the date and time of the presentation, and I will send you a contract. 3. Three days before the presentation, I will contact you to check any last minute needs or requests that you may have. This time will also be used for making sure all ducks are in a row (projectors if needed, etc). 4. Presentation Day
