5 Star Billiards representatives were amazing. They were prompt, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions. The work that they did moving, rebuilding bumpers, and recovering is extraordinary and my pool table looks like it just came from a showroom floor. I would definitely recommend them.

I was looking at pool tables and found one on Craigslist. Didn't want to move it myself so I had to hire professionals to do it. They were great.

Great experience with this company. They arrived when they said they would and moved our pool table on a Sunday which met our needs perfectly. Their moving rates were also a little less than others. A very positive experience and I would definitely recommend.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We have a standard rate but we do support our military so we are willing provide discounts under certain circumstances.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We start by asking what type of billiard service is needed. We will provide a quote for completion of the job and then schedule the service. Payment is not due until the job is complete.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    As a young adult I started my career as an assistant at a local billiard company, eventually moving up to a technician in less than a year. Here I am 20 years later, and couldn’t be happier with how far I’ve come.
