- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on tiered packages that are tailored to meet each client’s specific needs. The cost of services depends on factors such as the client's monthly transaction volume, the number of accounts requiring reconciliation, payroll processing, quarterly tax filings, and yearly tax preparation. Each package is customized to ensure clients receive the services that are most relevant to their business operations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we first schedule a consultation by phone to discuss their needs and expectations. If the client decides to retain our services, we request a temporary login to review their current books. After this initial review, we arrange a follow-up consultation by phone or an in-person meeting to discuss pricing details and outline the next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have completed continuing accounting courses at Collin College. Our professional certifications include QuickBooks Specialist, Tax Specialist, and expertise in Oracle Accounting/HR systems. Degree in Business/Finance from Faulkner State College.
