What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are many factors that go into pricing when we do a job. A lot is the type of turf you go with as well as our access to the project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a customer we will call and learn more about the project they are wanting to do. We will give an overview of types of turf we would recommend depending on the customers situation. Once we do that we set up a time to come out and actually have you feel the turf and take accurate measurements of the project. If you are ready to move forward we ask for a 1/3 down payment of the project total price to get you on schedule.
