Excellent experience having Kevin and the team finishing our basement. I was a little bit hesitant at first because Kevin's bid was significantly lower than the three others I had gotten, but they did great work and I have zero complaints. I'd work with them again in a heartbeat, big thanks to Kevin, Travis and Kyle!

Kevin and his team were fantastic to work with. They completed my entire basement beyond my expectations. Kevin was very professional and kept tabs on his subcontractors throughout the entire project. He promptly fixed every problem we brought to his attention and even did a few extra things for us that were not in the original contract. As with any project, there were a few minor issues that we were not happy about, but nothing that is worth mentioning. We are satisfied with the quality of the work done and recommend Thor Development for basement finishing projects.
