- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start with a phone call or text to understand your needs and the scope of service required. If your issue can be resolved remotely, I’ll handle it through remote access — saving you time, reducing your bill, and avoiding an on-site visit. If an on-site visit is necessary, I’ll let you know during our initial conversation. For services like network wiring, I always schedule an onsite assessment to evaluate the space and determine how many cable runs will be needed.

I have had a career of over 25 years of IT services, an Associate's Degree from ITT Tech in Computer Network Administration, I have personally scaled, configured large operations to meet the National Demands of Home Depot, Lowes, and Walmart supply chain needs
