I provide clear estimates, and any additional work outside the original scope is discussed and approved before moving forward. I focus on fair, transparent pricing rather than discounts, and the price reflects the quality of workmanship, safety, and attention to detail.

I start by discussing the project details to understand the customer’s needs and expectations. When needed, I inspect the job to confirm the scope of work and provide a clear estimate. Once the details are approved, I schedule the work and complete the project with attention to quality, safety, and respect for the customer’s home. Any additional work outside the original scope is discussed and approved before moving forward.

I have over 10 years of hands-on experience in home improvement and repair. I am fully licensed and insured, and my background includes practical training gained through real-world projects and continuous on-the-job learning.
