Nick came over and did a garage door service for me. While doing the service he noticed that the door didnt seem to be opening as fast as it should be. After doing some investigating he found that one of the springs (internal spring) was broken. He did not pressure any service to me and just explained what was happening. He gave me options and again, had zero pressure. I decided to get the spring replaced. He the gave me options to upgrade the system or keep it the same that it was with just a new spring. I decided to go with the upgraded system that had a longer life. He was able to get the items next day and had it fixed and upgraded in just over an hour. I will use him for all my future garage door needs.
