Emmanuel was a lucky find. I needed something done last minute and he was flexible and accommodating and cheerful. He arrived punctually and cleaned up thoroughly when the project was finished.
He respectfully, humbly and with good humor replied when I drilled him with my "only NYC has capable people in this industry" skepticism, trying to determine if he was qualified to do the job. Turns out the man has built houses from start to finish on his own! He knows it all!
AND, he wasn't above helping with other projects. He unpacked and assembled a wagon for me and then CHEERFULLY dismantled and repacked the thing ten minutes later!
Wonderful attitude, unassuming yet confident.
