He was great! Fixed some holes in our drywall and you can’t even tell where they were now! And he was really fast, would definitely hire again.

These guys are great! Always on time, do a great job and a pleasure to be around. I’ve had them done back three different times for a range of different projects including crown molding installation, deadbolt installation and help with installing very large light fixtures.

James was amazing to work with! He helped me install cabinets in my laundry room and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. He was super punctual, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He took the time to talk through all of my questions and concerns and made sure I felt comfortable with every step. His pricing was very fair, and I especially appreciated how honest he was when I accidentally overpaid him — he immediately brought it to my attention, which says so much about his character. I’ve already referred him to a couple of friends and I would absolutely use him again in the future. Thanks so much, James!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We work our hardest to keep costs down and never go above the estimated cost without talking it through with the customer thoroughly. We never want to be in a position where your home is torn a part and then we tell you it will come in way over budget. We do our best to keep things fair and clear for everyone involved.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Just make sure you feel like you can communicate with that provider and that they will help answer your questions in a clear way. There are too many horror stories of projects going awry - so hire someone you can communicate with and trust.
