I am working on a Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have a BS degree in psychology; I am being trained in PCT, IFS, and CBT.
I am certified in TRE ( trauma release exercise), I am certified in life coaching, and I am safe zone trained (lgbtq+ inclusive). I have completed coursework in the Wheel of Consent from the School of Consent and Compassionate Inquiry with Gabor Mate and attended numerous conferences on cutting-edge psychological research. I am currently mentoring under Dave Austin, a top-notch mental performance coach.
