For numerous years, I’ve been working closely with a variety of therapists to help reinforce accelerate and facilitate the healing process. This has provided me with in-depth therapeutic tools on top of a deeper understanding of effective coaching tools.

I view my role as someone who help begins conversations that enable curiosity and self compassion. I also aim to create a space where it is safe to feel every feeling, explore any topic and have a little bit of fun while doing so.
I have worked with teenagers and adults. I have extensive experience in OCD, trauma, depression, anxiety, executive functioning, and Neurodiversity.
I have a BS degree in psychology, I am working on a masters in counseling, I am
TRE ( trauma release exercise) certified, I have certification in life coaching, I am safe zone trained. I have successfully completed coursework in the wheel of consent from the school of consent, compassionate inquiry with Gabor mate, in addition to attending numerous conferences on cutting edge, psychological research and therapeutic tools.
