The Training Room is an awesome gym. They have lots of equipment, classes, and trainers. They even have athletic trainers you can schedule time with (free with membership) after your workouts. Brian was very thorough in explaining how everything works. He set me up with Katie for personal training and she’s been great to work with as she’s helping me get back into a workout routine. As a personal trainer, he is excellent! I have a handicap which makes exercise difficult. He is working with that issue, tailoring not only exercises, but also a diet plan around the foods I like to eat, and discusses the emotional and mental issues affecting my physical being. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I offer both group and individual sessions. My individual rates are; once a week ($60 a session) twice a week ($55 a session) three or more times a week ($50 a session). Group rates are; 2 people ($40 per person) 3 people ($35 per person) and 4 or more ($30per person). All sessions are an hour and I generally don't do groups larger than 4 people.

- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a bachelor's degree from BYU in exercise science. I am also certified through ACSM and NASM. In addition I have 15 years of experience working as a personal trainer.
