I could not offer a higher recommendation than what you are about to read. This reflects our experience and our circumstances. Yours will likely be different in small ways and I hope this will still be helpful.
Brandin was referred by a friend we trust. From our first conversation, he was courteous and professional. He remained that way, even with the insurance company who tried to do the easiest and least expensive repair possible. He told us if we were patient we would likely prevail. It took 8 months, but ultimately our initial coverage of around $3,500 turned into full replacement of our roof. How? Brandin knows his craft.
He insisted the repairs be done according to code and would not settle for anything less than the best quality approach to repairs. We worked with 3 different adjusters and a structural engineer hired by the insurance company. Brandin’s logical, business-minded approach helped educate us on what was happening and worked favorably with all parties involved.
Once the insurance company agreed to cover the repairs, the company he hired to do the work was equally impressive. Our large roof was replaced in two days. The cleanup was well done and Brandin saw to it that everything was done to our satisfaction.
