- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge per square foot with a 200 sq. ft minimum (standard size). Anything larger than that will be at a higher cost. If you have furniture it is going to be around $18-$19 per room to move the furniture. However, if you only need one piece to be moved, like a couch, then I will not charge an additional fee. For stairs, I charge $2.00 per step. Please note if it is an empty home it will be somewhere in the range of $25-$30 per room. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To be as efficient as possible, I require a ****************************. At this time, if you'r scheduled permits, we can schedule a free in person consultation. An in person consultation ensures that we are 100% accurate with the quote for your carpet cleaning project. I use a professional truck mount and environmental friendly cleaning products.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have the training and licensing required for restoration work. I also received on the job training with an amazing company for 2 years. They paid for my formal training as well. I take annual classes to ensure that I am the best I can be in this profession.
