Modern Concepts gave me a very fair bid on my sod replacement. They were there on the day they scheduled and worked long hours for the next two days. The management team came to inspect the project on the third day and they even finished a side job we planned on doing ourselves. I give them FIVE STARS!

Got a few bits from a few other companies but I found these guys last minute through word of mouth and wanted to keep that going. Small, reputable company Really great & honest work. I really appreciate how easy they made the process. And how confident I was in the results. Thank you

We found MC Construction out of Bountiful. Working with Cannon, Dylan and the crew was great hard working and we worked together in completing the job. Two way communication and when issues came up we worked together for resolution. Great team effort and great results. I would recommend MC Construction again

This was my first experience with Modern Concepts Construction and it was wonderful. Great communication, professional work, reasonably priced. I love my new patio!

Their quote was OUTRAGEOUS, almost sickening! Makes me feel like they don’t have integrity. Y'all, my yard is VERY small and they wanted to charge almost $10,000 for this??? Mind you, we already have the retaining wall installed.
Details: Residential • Medium (1,000 - 5,000 sq ft) • Installed onto bare soil • No clearing needed prior to sod installation • I need the pro to provide the sod
Modern Concepts's reply
Hi Thomas, we’re sorry our estimate didn’t align with your budget. We’d like to clarify that this was an estimate only—no contract was signed, no payment was collected, and Modern Concepts did not perform any work on your property.
We understand that our pricing may not be the right fit for every project, and homeowners are always welcome to compare estimates and choose the contractor that best fits their needs. We stand behind our pricing and the quality of work we provide.
