Genri and his crew did a full three-layer tear off, complete redeck, and replacement for us. He was great at communicating and answering all of our questions, and offered us an excellent price (we got over half a dozen quotes). The roof turned out looking great and they knocked it out in just over a day in between storms. We utilized the ridge vent as opposed to turtle vents and it's more aesthetically pleasing. The roof was previously done incorrectly with zero ventilation, so Genri added in eave vents for us. Genri even honored our request in his bid beyond industry standard to add crickets on our two chimneys, which adds extra leak protection and peace of mind. We chose the brown Shakewood color (GAF HDZ shingle - see before and after photos). Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend High North Roofing.

I asked for a roof inspection. They determined my roof was not a problem and mentioned it would probably last 5-10 more years and didnt charge me for the inspection.

Henry and his crew were fantastic. I had a client under contract to sell their home, and a roof replacement was needed before we could close the transaction. High North Roofing was on site in less than a week to get the job done. They removed solar panels, replaced the roof, re-installed the solar panels and then tested them to make sure everything was functioning properly - and all in just a few days. I was given updates with photos through every phase. They did great work at a competitive price!

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    Research what you really want on a roof whether it would be your standard Architectural Shingle, Designer Shingles, Or metal roofing. This will in turn help you and the contractor be on the same page, And if you don't know something your Contractor will surely help you out.
