- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price your project based on the information you give. I'm happy to come by and look at the project adjust the price to fit the project. Sometimes the price goes down after seeing the project because I do my best to make sure you're getting the best bang for your buck.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You tell me what you want done and I give you a quote. If you like it you respond and we work out a time for me to come by your house and give a bid. If you like the numbers you click the hire button and I work you into the schedule. I strive to achieve your complete satisfaction. If the job I have done does not merit a 5 Star review, I will come back until it does.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a trained home inspector and have done over 300 hours in training and continuing education. I have also done repairs and upgrades on countless homes over the last 25 years.
