Emphasis in core, stability, and balance. Love to share my passion for dance, Pilates, and weight training. Silver aged clients hold a special place in my heart. Life has a way of derailing us on occasion. Everyone is capable of making change for the better. Step by step each of us can improve. Teresa is an excellent trainer and knows how to work around my various injuries to get good results. I have had great results even though I am a beginner. She really helps me to be successful. I am constantly impressed by her knowledge of how the body works and nutrition also.

When I contacted Ascent Fitness I was at a point in my life where I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. The first time we met I gave a list of my likes and dislikes of working out, and there were way more dislikes than likes. I lacked motivation, hated going to the gym, and had low self esteem. Six weeks in to my time with Teresa and I can say all of those have improved. I look forward to our sessions and have started adding more work outs in-between sessions. I have more energy and have noticed my body becoming leaner and more sculpted. Each session is different and keeps me on my toes, with the added bonus of making me work hard. I have come to enjoy the sessions and Teresa pushes me to keep going and encourages me to keep challenging myself.

Teresa is a fantastic personal trainer. I’ve been working with her for several years and find our sessions to be challenging but also fun. She is very knowledgeable and answers every question I have on health, nutrition and injuries. As a runner, she has helped me through the recovery process especially after completing a marathon. I trust her advice completely. I highly recommend Teresa as a personal trainer. I am 61 and feel better than ever and I owe that to her!!

I've worked w/ a few personal trainers & would never ever hesitate returning to Teresa for a tune up. She is highly skilled & takes the time to find out an individual's desires, needs & abilities. She doesn't just say she's going to develop an individualized plan, she can & will. My personal experience w/ Teresa resulted in a 9+% fat loss, size 12 (pushing 14) to size 8 loss & an overall improvement in wellness. Teresa genuinely cares about health & fitness. She lives it & passes that fire on to her clients. One more thing, she consistently gives new workouts, not just the same thing over & over.

Teresa is amazing! I had her as a personal trainer before and she was so kind and helpful. Everything in moderation, she never made me feel like I had to miss out on something. Teresa listens to you and will push you (gently) to reach your goals. I consider her a friend and someone who helps me reach my goals. After gaining some weight due to health problems I searched for Teresa again. I always recommend her to everyone that is looking for a Personal Trainer!!

    Posted Fees for 60 min sessions 30 min sessions and group sessions also available

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First meeting we will do a movement assessment to determine any muscle imbalances. Program development will follow any findings. Strong emphasis placed on balance, core and functional movement.
