We had a grewat experience with Legacy Roofing, starting with the bid process, through installation, clean up and a follow up check to make sure we were satisfied. The bid was extremely detailed, which allowed us to push other contractors to clarify their bids. legacy’s bid was more favorable than the others we got,except for one, who seemed kind of shady. Scheduling was a little complicated because we had to have solar panels removed and replaced, and also because there was some weather, but Legacy coordinated with our solar installer. The dumpster arrived exactly when they said it would, the crew was prompt and hard working, and they finished the job in three days, as advertised. The new roof looks beautiful, and they did a good job cleaning up all the debris. There were a couple of spots we were concerned about, but the follow up check left us satisfied that the roof had been installed properly. We just have a few repairs to do to some of the trim because our previous roof had not been installed properly, and some of the 100 year old wood trim on our house was both brittle in spots, and water damaged in others. Legacy did everything they could have.

Called on July 24th to see about getting a roofing estimate. Josh was there within the hour to do a detailed inspection of the roof and provide me with an estimate. Josh took detailed pictures of the roof issues and showed me the issues that need to be addressed.

Josh is the nicest guy. Don is also super nice and helpful. (They're the owners.) They really want to give customers the best deal and they cut me a good one because my insurance would only pay to re-roof 3/4 of my whole roof. I couldn't sell my house in that shape so I appreciate the fact that Josh was willing to work with me on it. They were also very fast.

We start with a free roof inspection and estimate. We educate our customer on the roofing removal and install process. We allow time and space to do proper research and never pressure our customers to buy.

We are a licensed roofing contractor with DOPL, registered with Salt Lake Home Builders Association, certified with the largest roofing manufacturer in the world, GAF, and accredited with the Better Business Bureau.
