WOW!! I am so glad I used Thumbtack and found Cransten Handyman and Remodeling! They did such an amazing job installing a dog door for us. Eric was terrific, efficient, friendly, fast, informative. I had a very disappointing experience with Cransten Handyman and Remodeling. The quoted price changed multiple times, and I was unexpectedly billed for materials even though I had already purchased them myself. The workmanship on my deck was sub-standard, with uneven spacing, trip hazards, and boards installed incorrectly. When they returned to “fix” the issues, more damage was done to the decking, making some boards unusable.
Communication also became uncomfortable, and I felt pressured and blamed for problems that were not mine. The job was never completed correctly, and I was left with a deck that now requires further repair. Based on my experience, I would not trust them to correct the work, as the first attempt to fix it only caused more damage.
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

To be clear Zach, we always warranty our work and we are happy to come out and fix the issue! You have not paid your bill. You hired us without a way to pay, had to have your church pay the bill, and took over a month to make a 50% payment when you assured us you had a way to pay.
We have also been calling you for weeks to address your concerns and get you back on the schedule, with no reply. Tough for us to address concerns when you don't respond. We actually left you another voicemail today with no reply.
