Cransten Handyman repaired our 2nd story deck stairs which was technically difficult. Ryan did an excellent job and we are very happy with the quality of his work. He was very pleasant, professional and considerate.

I had a very disappointing experience with Cransten Handyman and Remodeling. The quoted price changed multiple times, and I was unexpectedly billed for materials even though I had already purchased them myself. The workmanship on my deck was sub-standard, with uneven spacing, trip hazards, and boards installed incorrectly. When they returned to “fix” the issues, more damage was done to the decking, making some boards unusable. Communication also became uncomfortable, and I felt pressured and blamed for problems that were not mine. The job was never completed correctly, and I was left with a deck that now requires further repair. Based on my experience, I would not trust them to correct the work, as the first attempt to fix it only caused more damage. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Logan installed a footer for our basketball hoop and did an outstanding job! He mixed and poured 2400 pounds of cement and then installed the hoop anchor. Excellent job and very polite. He used a tarp and cleaned up when he finished. Very impressive.
