Greeting Cory, We apologize you think we were cleaning a vacuum to KILL time. In fact, the floors were so dirty that our equipment got clogged up several times, so we cleaned it out to continue the job. We only cleaned what we were told to clean, "your side of the apartment". We did exactly how we were instructed. The garbage in question was so much that we had no where to put it. There were mounds and mounds of boxes and trash that we had to clean around. We also had no Idea where the garbage dumps were in side your apartment complex. Trash removal is not something we had a discussion about. You told us to do just clean it up and get it out of the apartment. I'm not sure why you didn't share any of this at the time you were there with us. In fact you complimented us on the job we did. You also signed a customer satisfaction that day. Again, I apologize you felt this way, but we did excellent work and we cleaned that apartment (your side) until it sparkled. Two stars is a little harsh. We always take before and after photo's. I can post those if you like. We were not tipped either. Thanks! Canyon Point Cleaning Services
